21st Century Pro Wrestling
Monday Night Civil War

Introductions from the Control Tower with Joey Styles, Mick Foley, and Al Snow.
They push the return of Hulk Hogan to in ring action later tonight against Samoa Joe.

Knox the Destroyer vs.  Alex Shelley
First there was the original,  King Kong Bruiser Brody, and then came Nord the Barbarian, and now this is my tribute to that gimmick, Mike Knox is “Knox the Destroyer” managed by Don Muraco.  I’m going to get heat for this but Knox comes out to the The Immigrant Song and does a full on Brody gimmick complete with swinging chain.  Hut Hut Hut Hut.   Knox kicks a hole in the side of Alex Shelley’s head with a Mafia style kick.   Knox refuses the give up the chain and wraps it around the face and neck of Shelly as he beats on him.   Referee El Hijo Del Anto has no choice but to call for the disqualification.  The winner is Alex Shelley.   The entire time Don Muraco doesn’t nothing to control his man, instead Muraco opens a box of glazed donuts and begins to feast.  Muraco takes a fan’s soda to wash it down.    Afterwards, Knox raises his hand and just stares at the referee.  El Hijo walks over and takes Knox’s arm and pulls it down and tells him bluntly, “you are NOT the winner”.   El Hijo slides out of the ring before Knox kills him.  Knox grabs the microphone and says, “You, You, and You will be sorry”. ( meaning the referee, the fans, and management ).  “This is only the beginning. People will be hurt tonight!”

Hulk Hogan vs Samoa Joe
The Samoa Submission Machines is out first with his manager Don Muraco.  Next, just like back in the day,  there’s a camera set up in the hallway as Hogan says his prayers and waits for his music.   Just like in MSG or Spectrum Wrestling, Hogan escorted by security walks down the hallway and into the arena with EYE OF THE TIGER playing.  The first couple of months Hogan was champion in the 80’s, I loved his entrance, then I got sick of Hogan and the WWF.   Mike Kehner referee.  Anyway,  this is going follow the blueprint of a typical Hogan match.  Samoe Joe gets the early offense.  Hogan starts Hulking up.  Hogan no sells.  Hogan points.  Hogan’s offense begins.  Hogan hits all his signature shtick.  Towards the end, Muraco motions to the back.  Hogan is getting ready for the legdrop when Knox the Destroyer runs out.  Knox hits the ring and nails Hogan with the big boot followed by the legdrop.   Disqualification!  Hogan is announced the winner.  After the match,  Knox wraps the long steel chain around Hogan legs over and over again.  Samoa Joe recovers and grabs a chair from the outside.  Samoa Joe nails Hogan in the face with the chair then takes the chair and proceeds to climb to the top rope.  Samoa Joe delivers a knee drop off the top rope with the chair under knees, right onto Hogan’s leg.   BRUTAL.   Knox stomps at Hogan’s leg wrapped in the chain. Muraco is directing traffic.
Finally… Rob Van Dam, Alex Shelley (still banged up from his match), and Tyler Black all run out to make the save.  The heels retreat.  Hogan sells the legs bigtime.  The ring doctor signals to bring a stretcher to the ring.  We go through the motions as Syles, Foley, and Snow replay the horrible attack.  The stretcher is at ringside.  EMT’s and wrestlers help load Hogan onto the stretcher.

ENIGMA TV feed
The Feinstein & BoomBoom camera crew are taping in the back as Jeff Hardy approaches the Ambulance as Hulk Hogan’s stretcher is being loaded on.   Rob Van Dam, Tyler Black, and Alex Shelley are also there.  Hardy checks on the Hulkster and gives him well wishes.  Out the of the wrestlers in the back,  RVD goes along with Hulk in the ambulance for the hospital trip.  After the ambulance pulls away, the camera follows Jeff Hardy down the hallway and out to the arena.

At this point, we switch over to 21st Century cameras.

Jeff Hardy vs. Shelton Benjamin
Our announce team comments that on the 21st Century website, you can watch the ENIGMA footage for the rest of the evening as they will continue to follow Jeff Hardy around after tonight’s match.   Shelton Benjamin comes out next with his manager, Maria Kanellis.  El Hijo Del Anto referees. Now, being that my first two matches told stories more than focused on wrestling,  we will let these two do whatever by a “wrestling” standpoint.  Expect lots of high flying.  The secondary storyline to the match,  Maria keeps trying to distract the referee but the referee doesn’t even give her the time of day.

Jeff Hardy vs Shelton Benjamin continued.
Shelton does his standing jump from the ring mat to the top turnbuckle and flying back off with a Superman punch that looks like knocks out Hardy.  Shelton only gets the 2 ½ count.    Shelton can’t believe Hardy kicked out.  Shelton climbs to the top rope again, but this time he takes too long, and Hardy gets up to his feet and runs over and pushed Shelton down to the floor.  Feinstein & BoomBoom are right on top of the fallen Shelton covering the action closely.  Jeff Hardy climbs to the top rope and flys off with a Swanton to the outside and takes out both Shelton Benjamin and the Enigma camera crew.   Both men slowly crawl into the ring to break the 10 count.   Both men are slow to there feet,  Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate but Shelton holds onto the top rope and doesn’t allow Hardy to take him down.  Meanwhile, Maria at ringside takes her heels off and pulls out a LUCHA MASK and puts it on,  now finally she gets the attention of El Hijo Del Anto for the first time.   He can’t keep his eyes off of her.   Shelton grabs one of Maria’s high heels and blasts Jeff Hardy with it. Shelton pins Hardy for the win.

Control Tower.  Al Snow leaves the broadcast booth to drive over the hospital to report on Hulk Hogan’s condition.  Joey Styles and Mick Foley are joined by Rick Schroder ( from Silver Spoon fame ) and he talks a little bit about his new horror film, He11hounds.   Styles asks Rick to stick around and help announce the next match.

Six Man Tag Team Match
Mongoose McQueen & Rock & Rave Infection
vs
Chemical Dutt & The Downward Spiral
The ring announcer introduces Chris Jericho but no Jericho. Instead, Christy Hemme w/ The Rock & Rave Infection come out.  ( I called them the Rock & Roll Infection last week, and you corrected the name when you commented on that show. ) Anyway, Christy Hemme grabs the mic herself, and introduces the new lead singer for R&R Infection,  MONGOOSE MCQUEEN!  Now,  Jericho comes out to his alter ego character, in full tilt 80’s rock star gimmick.  The other story here,  is The Downward Spiral ( Twiggy H. Ramirez and Trent Acid ) come out to MM but don’t really associate much with their tag partner, Chemical Dutt.   The announcers bring up all the buzz and controversy that Chemical Dutt stirred up this past week on the internet.   Mike Kehner referees.  Mick Foley keeps bringing up Silver Spoons trivia for Rick Schroder.  This match is what it is, not much to book.   The finish has Mongoose trap Chemical Dutt in the Walls of Jericho for the submission.  Joey Styles questions, if he’s still allowed to call the move, The Walls of Jericho?   Winners: Mongoose & Rock & Rave!!!!

M.T. Murdoch vs.  Naruki Do
Oh yeah, the M.T. stands for Mother Trucker. Joey Styles and Mick Foley call the match.  Murdoch is clearly the “heel” as he has to resort to dirty tricks to counter his Japanese opponents speed.  M.T. Murdoch (formerly Trevor Murdoch in the WWE) does the old “hide the foreign object under the arm pit while the referee checks him” , gimmick.  Referee Mike Kehner is on Murdoch asking him where’s the foreign object, and Murdoch screams at Kehner pointing at Naruki Do,  he’s the foreign object.    Murdoch goes to swing but Naruki Do ducks and rolls up Murdoch to get the pinfall.  Winner is Naruki Do.    After the match,  Murdoch is flipping out and yelling that I didn’t get beat by some stinkin’ Jap.    Naruki Do is about the leave the ring, when Murdoch grabs him by the arm and tells him you’re not going anywhere.   Murdoch on the mic, calls towards the back, “ bring out the gimp “.  Ah yes, from Pulp Fiction.    Naruki Do has a concerned look on his face as he watches THE GIMP (formely Bubba Ray Dudley) walk towards the ring completely dressed in leather and leather zipper mask.   Murdoch blindsides Naruki Do and The Gimp enters the ring.  The both double team Naruki Do.  They stomp him into the mat and leave him laying.

9:30 commercial

We return from break.  Naruki Do is still recovering inside the ring when 70’s Shaft type music plays, and Ezekiel Jackson walks down to the ring cool as a glass of ice tea.   He’s wearing a Japanese Kimono with Dragons on it.   Ezekiel enters the ring and circles Naruki Do before offering his hand to help him up.  Ezekiel grabs the mic and says something to the effect of, “ You put your filthy hand on my Japanese N,  that’s like you put our filthy hands on me.  I don’t like to be touched inappropriately.  I’ll give you the count of five to come out and apologize.”   1.2.3.4.5.  and no one comes out.   Ezekiel continues, “You see, no you made me and my Japanese N mad.  Next week, I’m going to get old school hardc-re on your white azz.  Next week, be here!”    Foley comments, that’s one scary challenge.

LIVE HOSPITAL REPORT with Al Snow.
Snow stands outside the Emergency room entrance.  Says Hogan was admitted a few minutes ago, and early speculation is that he has a broken leg.   Rob Van Dam is seen, and Al Snow calls him over.  Rob Van Dam says the doctors are looking at him now.  RVD drops a challenge to meet Knox The Destroyer next week!

TNA World Championship
AJ Styles ( champion )  vs    Tyler Black
This should be a good one, but with only 15 minutes left in the show, it will surely be just a tease. Ric Flair is at ringside with AJ Styles. Your referee for the Main Event is El Hiji Del Anto.  Joey Styles & Mick Foley call the match, as Al Snow is still on location.  Early on, AJ Stylers hits the Styles Clash and Tyler Black kicks out.  We continue to downgrade that move.   Tyler Black shines, getting all kinds of offense on the World champion.  Then,  Shelton Benjamin w/ Maria show up at ringside.  Of course, it was last week that Benjamin busted open Tyler Black with the help of Maria’s high heel.  Shelton makes it known right off the bat that he isn’t taking sides saying that he wants the TNA belt.   Maria just like earlier puts on the Lucha mask to distract El Hijo Del Anto.   Benjamin is able to trip up AJ Styles as he bounces off the ropes and Tyler Black hits a Huracarana and almost gets the three count.   But then,  moments later while the referee is distracted again,  Benjamin pulls the same stunt, this time tripped up Tyler Black and Styles hitting a belly to belly suplex for a near fall.  The match continues with a few more near falls but Tyler Black is fed up with Shelton Benjamin and takes a dive thru the ropes onto Shelton.  Tyler Black and Shelton Benjamin scuffle on the floor, and Tyler Black ends up getting himself counted out.  Winner: AJ Styles.  After the match,  AJ Styles performs the FOSBURY FLOP onto both Benjamin & Black outside of the ring.  AJ Styles gets up and retreats with Ric Flair but before they exit,  AJ Styles gets a mic and says,  if Benjamin and Black both want this belt (TNA title) then I’ll put on the line next week in a Triangle Match!
