Here's my programming schedule for December 25th, 2017
6:00am March of the Wooden Soldiers (1934)
Opposing the evil Barnaby, Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try and fail to pay-off Mother Peep's mortgage and mislead his attempts to marry Little Bo. Enraged, Barnaby's boogeymen are set on Toyland.
7:30am A Muppet Family Christmas (1987)
Kermit and his friends spend Christmas staging a surprise visit to Fozzie Bear's mother's farm.
8:30am A Star Wars Holiday Special (1978)
Chewbacca and Han Solo try to get to the Wookiee home world to celebrate Life Day, but are impeded by an Imperial blockade. Chewie's family passes the time with various forms of entertainment.
10:30am Scrooge (1970)
A musical retelling of Charles Dickens' classic novel about an old bitter miser taken on a journey of self-redemption, courtesy of several mysterious Christmas apparitions.
12:30pm Mixed Nuts (1994)
The events focus around a crisis hotline business on one crazy night during the Christmas holidays.
2:30pm Trading Places (1983)
A snobbish investor and a wily street con artist find their positions reversed as part of a bet by two callous millionaires.
4:30pm World Class Championship Wrestling Christmas Star Wars (1982)
December 25, 1982 in Dallas, TX
Reunion Arena drawing 18,000
1. Brian Adias beat Frank Dusek.
2. Jose Lothario & Al Madril beat Magic Dragon & Checkmate.
3. Lone Eagle beat Little Tokyo.
4. World Class American Champ Kevin Von Erich beat King Kong Bundy via DQ.
5. World Class Texas Champ David Von Erich beat Bill Irwin.
6. Ken Mantel won a "battle royal."
7. Michael Hayes, Terry Gordy, & David Von Erich beat Tom Steele, Mike & Tommy Sharpe to become the first World Class Six Man Tag Champs. Von Erich was a substitute for Buddy Roberts who was given a share of the title.
8. NWA World Champ Ric Flair beat Kerry Von Erich in a "no DQ steel cage" match. Michael Hayes was the special referee. This is the match where Hayes slammed the cage door in Kerry's face and started the Von Erichs vs. Freebirds feud.
